외국인유학생지원팀에서는 외국인 신입생의 성공적인 유학생활 정착을 위해 도움을 줄 수 있는 Freshmen Advisor를 국가별로 모집합니다.

관심있는 학생분들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 자격조건: 학사과정 외국인 및 내국인 재학생 (휴학생, 수료/졸업생 불가)

  ※ 2026학년도 1학기부터는 대한민국 국적 학생들도 Freshmen Advisor로 참여할 수 있습니다!

2. 활동기간: 2026학년도 1학기(1개 학기)

  ※ 해당 학기 개강일부터 종강일까지

3. 활동내용

 ① 수강신청  ② 학교 시스템 사용법(GLS, iCampus, 챌린지스퀘어)

 ③ 학습경험 공유  ④ 은행 계좌 개설  ⑤ 학교 주변 음식점 소개

 ⑥ 시장보기, 쇼핑, 온라인 주문방법  ⑦ 외국인등록 및 시간제취업 신청

 ⑧ 하이코리아 전자민원 신청, 출입국관리사무소 방문 등

4. 혜택: 활동비 지원 (활동보고서 검토 후 활동시간 고려하여 지급)

  - 활동비는 10,320원/시간이며, 학기당 '최소 4시간 이상, 최대 20시간 이내'로 활동해야 합니다.

     (4시간 ≦ 활동시간 ≦ 20시간)

  - 활동 종료 후, 활동보고서를 작성 및 제출해야 합니다.

  - 활동증명서(Freshmen Advisor Certificate)를 발급할 예정입니다.

  - 활동 종료 후, 우수 Advisor 선정 및 표창 예정입니다.

< 2026 Spring Freshmen Advisor Recruitment >

Office of International Student Services(OISS) is recruiting freshmen advisors by country to help int'l freshmen settle down successfully in their study abroad life.

We look forward to your interest and participation as international students.

1. Qualifications: International & Korean students enrolled in the undergraduate program 

   (Students on leave of absence and those who have completed or graduated are not eligible)

  ※ Starting from the Spring 2026 semester, Korean nationals are also eligible to apply!

2. Activity period: Spring semester, 2026

  ※ From the start of the semester to the end of the semester

3. Activities

 ① Course registration  ② How to use the school system (GLS, iCampus, Challenge Square)

 ③ Sharing learning experiences  ④ Opening a bank account  ⑤ Introducing restaurants around the school

 ⑥ How to shop and order stuffs online  ⑦ Apply for alien registration and part-time employment

 ⑧ Hi-korea Petition Application, Visiting immigration office, etc.

4. Benefits: Support for activity expenses (after reviewing activity reports, payment is made based on activity hours)

  - The activity fee is KRW 10,320/hour, and activities must be 'at least 4 hours and up to 20 hours' per semester.

    (4 hours ≦ activity time ≦ 20 hours)

  - After completing the activity, an activity report must be prepared and submitted.

  - We plan to issue a Freshmen Advisor Certificate.

  - After the end of the activity, excellent advisors will be selected and awarded.

  - Welcome party for International Freshmen: 2026 Feb 27 (Fri) 15:00~17:30 (International Hall, Seoul Campus)
